Penis enlargement

While the size of a partner’s genital organ is not a concern for most women, some men feel frustrated in their intimate relationships due to this issue. The question arises: how long is a “normal” penis? Statistics reveal that the average length of an erect penis is between 12 and 15 centimeters. Scientists define a penis as small if it is shorter than 7.5 cm when erect, making elongation in such cases justifiable. Often, this issue is predominantly psychological, and enlarging or elongating the penis significantly enhances the patient’s sexual life quality.

What is penis enlargement?

Penis enlargement is a surgical procedure that allows for lengthening and increasing the girth of the penis. This procedure is designed for men dissatisfied with the size of their genital organ, which can significantly affect their sexual and emotional quality of life.
For most men, the concern lies in the length of the penis, but there are also those unhappy with its thickness or girth. This issue is typically resolved through the transfer of fat tissue from another part of the body, most commonly from the abdomen or flanks.
Both procedures—lengthening and girth enhancement—can be performed during the same operation.
It is important to note that these surgeries do not improve erectile function.

What is the preparation for penis lengthening and enlargement surgery?

Prior to the surgery, it is necessary to have a consultation and an examination with the surgeon. During this consultation, the patient will be informed about the procedure’s details and the results they can expect after the surgery.
Since the procedure is performed under general anesthesia, medical preparation is required. The complete pre-surgical preparation is conducted at our facility and is included in the price.

This preparation includes laboratory tests such as:

  • Complete blood count,
  • Basic biochemical tests with coagulation factors,
  • Blood type and Rh factor.

It also involves:

  • A comprehensive internal medicine and cardiology examination, including an ECG,
  • A chest X-ray with a radiologist’s report,
  • A clinical examination by an anesthesiologist.

How is penis lengthening performed?

Penis lengthening surgery is performed under general anesthesia. The procedure involves releasing the penile ligaments (ligamentotomy) by detaching the hidden base of the penis from its attachments to the pubic bone, making this part visible. This results in a penis that is 2–3 cm longer when erect and twice as long in its flaccid state. Essentially, as the ligaments no longer pull the penis backward, the entire natural length of the organ becomes functional. The result is immediately visible.

The surgery lasts 60–120 minutes, and the patient stays in the hospital for one night. Due to the effects of anesthesia, it is recommended that the patient does not drive themselves home but arranges for someone else to take them.

Areas treatable with AesPlla®

AesPlla® is a highly versatile treatment that can be applied to the following areas:

  • Face: Cheeks, temples, nasolabial folds, and marionette lines.
  • Neck and décolletage: Enhancing texture and reducing wrinkles.
  • Hands: Restoring elasticity and hydration.
  • Knees and thighs: Tightening loose skin.

How is penis girth enhancement performed?

Penis girth enhancement surgery is also performed under general anesthesia. Initially, excess fat tissue is removed from the pubic region, improving the peno-pubic angle, which in itself elongates the penis. Fat can also be harvested from other areas of the body, most commonly the abdomen and flanks. Patients often combine this procedure with liposuction of the abdomen and flanks, improving their overall body contour.

The harvested fat is purified and then transferred in thin layers beneath the skin of the penis using a syringe and a hollow needle (cannula). The tip of the cannula is rounded, ensuring no risk of damage to blood vessels or nerves.

The increase in penis girth is immediately visible. However, as approximately 30% of the fat cells are naturally reabsorbed, the girth will slightly decrease within 6–12 months. For this reason, some patients may need to repeat the procedure after a certain period.

Recovery after penis lengthening and girth enhancement

In the first few days after surgery, swelling, pain, and temporary loss of sensation in the operated area may occur. A special compression bandage (coban bandage) is applied around the penis to keep it compressed and stretched. This bandage is removed during the first follow-up appointment, 4–6 days after the surgery.
Patients can drive a car and perform office work as early as the day after surgery. Normal physical activities can be resumed after the bandage is removed, while training and intense physical exercises can start after 2–3 weeks. The surgeon will recommend pain relievers to manage discomfort. Any other minor issues will resolve spontaneously over the following weeks and should not be a cause for concern.

A follow-up examination is conducted 4–6 days after the surgery.

It is advised to refrain from masturbation and sexual intercourse for 4–6 weeks post-surgery.

Risks after penis lengthening and girth enhancement

Potential complications include swelling and micro-scarring, as well as a small Y-shaped scar that remains hidden in the pubic hair area.
As with any surgery, there are risks of bleeding and infection. However, these risks are minimized when the procedure is performed in a fully sterile operating room and by an experienced surgeon adhering strictly to protocol.

FAQ

Are the results of penis enlargement permanent?

Yes, the results of penis enlargement are permanent, although some natural resorption of fat cells may occur.

Sexual activity is recommended after 4–6 weeks.

Penis lengthening surgery can increase its length by 2–3 cm when erect and make it twice as long in a flaccid state.

Yes, both procedures can be performed during the same surgery, providing patients with a complete enhancement of both length and girth.

No, these surgeries do not improve erectile function; they only affect the size of the penis in both its flaccid and erect states.

Most patients can return to work the day after surgery if they perform office work, resume normal physical activities within 2–3 days, and engage in more strenuous physical activities and sexual intercourse after 4–6 weeks.

Yes, the natural resorption of fat tissue reduces the girth by approximately 30% within 6–12 months. Some patients may require an additional procedure to achieve the desired results.

Laboratory tests, an ECG with an internal medicine examination, a chest X-ray, and a clinical evaluation by an anesthesiologist are necessary. Detailed instructions will be provided by the surgeon.

The procedure is performed under general anesthesia, so the patient does not feel pain during surgery. Postoperative pain is managed with prescribed pain medications.

The results of penis lengthening are permanent. However, the girth may decrease due to the natural resorption of fat tissue, which can be corrected if needed.

The scars are minimal and located at the circumcision incision, making them not visible.

Risks include swelling, micro-scarring, bleeding, and infection. However, these risks are minimized when the procedure is performed by an experienced surgeon in a sterile environment.
