Preoperativna priprema za operaciju povećanja grudi

Kompletna prirepremu za operaciju povećanja grudi radi se na klinici Georgijev, a podrazumeva sledeće analize:

• kompletna krvna slika
• osnovne biohemijske analize sa faktorima koagulacije
• krvna grupa i Rh factor
• Internist and cardiovascular examination with ECG
• Lung X-ray with a radiologist's reportLung X-ray with radiologist's report
• Clinical examination by an anesthesiologist.
• Ultrasound breast exam – mammography
• Exam by a surgical oncologist if necessary.

Najmanje 6-8 sati pre planirane operacije treba da prestanete sa unosom bilo kakve hrane ili pića. Skinite lak ili gel lak sa noktiju. Skinite kompletnu šminku sa lica, pirsinge i nakit. Nemojte mazati mleko za telo 4-6 sati pre operacije.

Ukoliko uzimate aspirin i antizapaljenske lekove tipa ibuprofena, moraćemo da ih isključimo jer utiču na pojačano krvarenje. Istovremeno ćete uzimati antikoagulanse da bi se sprečilo stvaranje krvnih ugrušaka.

Ako ste pušač, neophodno je da nekoliko nedelja pre operacije prestanete da pušite jer pušenje negativno utiče na cirkulaciju i proces zarastanja rana, pa tako produžava vreme oporavka.

Šta treba da ponesete u bolnicu

Potrebno je poneti pribor za ličnu higijenu i lični dokument sa slikom (lična karta ili pasoš), kompletnu medicinsku dokumentaciju i lekove koje redovno uzimate.

Breast augmentation surgery lasts 60 to 90 minutes.

Oporavak nakon operacije povećanja grudi

The first dressing change and check-up are done three days after the surgery. Other dressing changes are appointed in agreement with the surgeon. The sutures are removed 14 days after the surgery.

Obavezno je da pacijentkinja odmah posle operacije i tokom oporavka nosi specijalni elastični grudnjak.

You should not wear bras with wires for several months after the surgery. It is recommended to wear special bras for breasts with implants.

Until the sutures are removed 14 days after the surgery, the patient is recommended to avoid any physical effort, work out, running, and such. However, the patient can go back to work and her usual life routines as soon as a couple of days after the surgery. Wearing a bra for all that time is suggested,

It is important to know that the scars must not be exposed to the sun or tanned in a tanning bed. In case you do sunbathe, cover the scar with a Band-Aid and apply sun cream with a high protection factor.

What can you feel after the surgery?

A few days after the surgery you can notice slight swelling and tension in the breast. Some patients temporarily lost the sensitivity of nipples. All the ailments will disappear within 7-14 days.

The scars will fade over time and become almost invisible.

Are there risks and undesirable outcomes?

As at any surgery, there can be some complications with breast augmentation surgery. Fortunately, those problems appear rarely when the surgery is done by an experienced expert in the field of cosmetic surgery. Risks of bleeding, infection and slow wound healing are practically eliminated when the surgery is done in a completely sterile environment following a strict protocol, which is the case at our clinic.
